How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We will do our best to process your order within 1-3 days. After your order has been processed, you can expect your gift to be delivered within 2-3 business days, depending on the destination. You will be notified once your order has left & we ship as quickly as possible!


Where does the box ship from?
All orders ship from Reno, Nevada. 


Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states. We do not currently offer international shipping.


Is shipping included with my order?
Shipping will be added to your order during checkout for a flat rate per box. A tracking number will be provided and each box is insured. Please double-check all addresses and shipping information prior to submitting your order. 


Can I ship multiple boxes to different addresses?
At this time, we cannot ship multiple gifts to separate addresses. Each box will need to be placed as a separate order. 


Can I request a specific delivery date for my gift?
Of course! We will always do our best to accommodate your request. Please reach out to hello@boxtiqueonline.com with specifics. 


Can I make changes to my order once it has been submitted?
Mistakes happen! We will do all we can to accommodate your request as long as your gift has not yet been shipped. 


What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We strongly believe that everyone will love their gift! However, if an item is broken or damaged in transit, we will make it right. Please reach out to hello@boxtiqueonline.com with the details.


What is the size of each box?
10" x 8 1/4" x 4 3/4"


Will my gift include a card?
All boxes include a personalized handwritten note with the greeting of your choice. Simply type in your message and we will take care of the rest!
